L.A.B. Productions is a non-profit organization that walks by faith and not by sight, and that works under the umbrella of God and his son Jesus Christ. We are designed to elevate, build up, motivate, encourage, inspire, serve, spread God's love and help our youth and others to realize that their goals and dreams can come true. Also, that they can become positive forces in life, despite any negative factors that they may

experience. For we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us, and there is nothing too hard for God. But, we must not let anyone's labels or opinions of us, define who we are or what we want to be. We are so much more than what we see with the natural eye. Each and every one of us is a divine original, unique in all the world, created in the image of God on purpose, with a purpose. So we must not try to follow in the shadow of any others, for God has a plan for each of us. We must grow and shine into our own light, for there are no two people alike. We must brail our own world to discover ourselves, for we are a gift from God. We must unwrap this beautiful gift and live it by becoming the best gift from God that we can be. We must shoot for the moon and even though we may miss, at least we will fall among the stars. Be the best you are, for you are a star.

L.A.B. Productions started to take shape and form in June of 1985, at 702 N. Appleton St. in Baltimore, MD, by the grace of God. We thank God for the twenty-five years of community service and we pray that we will continue to grow in Christ, so that we can do even more for our youth and others. For we owe it all to God and his son Jesus Christ.

This year, we have added a new group to the L.A.B. Productions family. They are called Young People In Action. They are soldiers and warriors for Jesus Christ. Their ministry is to entertain, educate, motivate and promote christian values to their peers through inspirational and spiritual music and events. By trying to make a positive difference in the lives of their peers, they will be attempting to save lives and win souls for Jesus Christ.

The wonderful human beings who are a part of L.A.B. Productions, are all volunteers. They are truly God sent and we appreciate them and all of their efforts. We thank God for them each and every day, for we know that in this sinful world of ours, good help is hard to find.

L.A.B. Productions has several events throughout the year such as "The Gospel Celebration", "The Talent Competition", The Fashion Show", "The Senior Citizen's Show", "The Awards Program" and live theatre performances. All our events are fund raisers, and offer a platform to our youth and others that allows them the opportunity to express themselves and display their gifts and talents from God. Most of the funds raised go towards the "The Awards Program". This is a very important program for it gives us a chance to acknowledge, recognize and honor our youth and others for their outstanding work, dedication, commitment, and achievements in their schools, communities and lives. This program truly reveals what L.A.B. Productions is designed to do by God and his son.

We would like to do more. We would like to give a child a scholarship every year at "The Awards Program" and help our youth and others expand their education and their development and growth. We pray that you will be willing to help us help them. Funding is a major hurdle for us to get over to reach our goals and dreams every year. We are also in need of a facility with a stage. This facility should seat about two hundred people. Preferably, this facility would cost very little or possibly waived, completely. We need gifts for our youth and our seniors. We need items that can be raffled off throughout the year. We would truly appreciate to the utmost, any way you help L.A.B. Productions. We believe that it is imperative that we invest in people, especially our youth, for they are our future. Let's all come together as one in Christ, you and I, to help our children and others better their lives. We can do this if we just trust, believe and have faith the size of a mustard seed, in Jesus Christ. There is nothing, individually or together, that we cannot do.

Until we talk or meet, please remember these things:
Agape love is the power that moves us to respond to someone's needs, without any expectation at all, that we would receive something back in return. Action speaks louder than words. Bad company corrupts good character. What we can see is temporary, what we cannot see is external. The soul without hope is like the body without air. Excuses and procrastination are tools we use to build monuments of nothing. The greatest risk in life is to risk nothing. Winners make things happen. Losers let things happen. Winners never quit and quitters never win. We must be committed, not just involved. Next time you have bacon and eggs remember, the chicken was just involved, but the pig was truly committed, for he had to give it all up, including his life. Faith can turn liability into excess and stumbling blocks into stepping stones. Some people talk about change, some people think about change, some people want to change, but until we change, nothing will change. If you look within, you're going to be distressed. If you look back, you're going to get discouraged. If you look down, you're going to be depressed. If you look around, you're going to be distracted. But, if you look up, you are going to be delivered.

Remember, with God, all things are possible.
What's essential is invisible to the eye.
